This policy explains what information GAMEDEX uses and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

GAMEDEX stores the account details needed to identify you, along with the collection, wishlist, profile, store, and preference information you choose to provide. Imported collection files are processed to add games to your account. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics receives page URLs and limited interaction metadata such as the feature used, internal game or release identifiers, and non-identifying counts.

How we use information

We use this information to operate your account, show your collection, personalize discovery and local stock results, process imports, prevent abuse, and improve the service.

Services we rely on

Account authentication is provided by Clerk and the application is hosted with Cloudflare services. GAMEDEX may also use catalog, price, availability, feedback, and connected-account services from CeX, IGDB, Metacritic, eBay, and Google when those features are used. Google Analytics is an optional analytics service: it is disabled by default and loads only after you accept analytics cookies.

Your choices

You can update profile and collection information from the application. You can disconnect optional connected accounts in settings, change your analytics choice below, and request help with account data through the in-app feedback form.

Data protection

We limit access to account data and use service providers only where needed to operate GAMEDEX. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so avoid uploading information that is not needed for your collection.
